Good quality, delivery could be faster

Returns were pretty straightforward for me. They include a return label in the package, just stick it on and drop it off. Got my refund within a week or so.

From my experience, they're pretty true to size, maybe a little generous. I usually wear a 10 and their 10 fits me well. Check their size charts though, just to be safe.

Klingel's jewelry is decent for the price, definitely aimed at a more classic, mature style. Peter Hahn might have slightly higher-end pieces, but Klingel is good for everyday wear. It's more traditional.

I've bought some earrings from Klingel and they're solid. Not super high-end designer stuff, but good quality. If you like classic designs, you'll probably be happy. I think Peter Hahn can be a bit pricier sometimes too.
